On May 2, 2022, Governor Brian P. Kemp signed into law House Bill 1390.

The Bill, which will be codified at O.C.G.A. § 34-5A-1 and O.C.G.A. § 34-5A-2, will allow city and county employees to bring a lawsuit if they face retaliation for reporting sexual harassment at work. Read House Bill 1390
