About NELA Georgia
NELA Georgia, the Georgia affiliate of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA), is a civil rights bar association that consists of attorneys who advocate for the rights of employees.
NELA Georgia promotes the workplace rights of individual employees through a legal referral service and other activities, with an emphasis on the special challenges presented by Georgia’s employment laws.
NELA Georgia members are the lawyers who bring actions to ensure equal employment opportunity for all, and to vindicate the rights of individuals to fairness and justice in the workplace.
NELA Georgia advances and encourages the development of its members through professional networking, educational programs, publications and technical support.

Meet the Board
We encourage members to get involved in committees & to join our Board of Directors. The Board makes a powerful difference in the lives of Georgia employees by steering the organization’s direction & agenda. Board Members serve two-year terms, beginning after their election at the NELA Georgia Annual Meeting in January.
