  • Includes topics like office space, hiring, home office recommendations, technology and tech tools, business issues (including finances, forms, agreements, etc.), and intakes and consultations.

November 13, 2025: 3 pm – 6 pm (EST): “Fireside chat” with Magistrate Judge Jake Larkins (Eleanor Attwood)

  • Learn how to make the best impression with the magistrate, what are the jobs of a magistrate judge, and how to effectively advocate in front of the magistrates (with a chance to submit your own questions).

February 12, 2026: 3 pm – 6 pm (EST): Conducting Witness Interviews (Marcus Keegan and former GBI/FBI veteran Graham Rusk)

  • Discussions will include conducting witness interviews and building a case7, 2024: Dolly Parton “9 to 5″

April 16, 2026: 3 pm – 6 pm (EST): Professionalism and Ethics (Jay Rollins & Julie Bracker)

  • This session will be a full class discussion of ethical and professionalism quandaries that are peculiar to the practice of plaintiff-side employment law.
